The Striped Bass Technical Committee (TC) met via conference call and webinar to discuss (1) ongoing board tasks, (2) the development of fleet-specific fishing mortality reference points, and (3) to discuss the timeline for the stock assessment update which is scheduled for review by the Board at the annual meeting in November.

The Atlantic Sturgeon Tagging Working Group (TWG) met via conference call to discuss potential tagging models for the 2017 Atlantic sturgeon benchmark stock assessment, and data needs for those models.

Addendum XXIV modifies the conservation tax on full business transfers, the increments of trap transfer, and the transfer options of dual permit holders to match those of NOAA Fisheries.
