The Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission’s Interstate Fisheries Management Program Policy Board and Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council (Council) are developing an amendment to consider modifications to the recreational management program for summer flounder, scup, black sea bass, and bluefish.
