  • Arlington, VA – The Commission’s Summer Flounder, Scup and Black Sea Bass Management Board will meet via conference call on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. to consider approval of Draft Addendum XXIV to the Summer Flounder Fishery Management Plan. The Draft Addendum proposes a mechanism to allow states access to the summer flounder recreational harvest limit (RHL) that is projected to not be harvested in 2013.
