Draft Addendum I to the Black Drum Management Plan for Public Comment

In October 2017, South Atlantic State/Federal Fisheries Management Board (Board) approved a motion to initiate the development of an addendum to the Interstate Fishery Management Plan (FMP) for black drum to consider reopening Maryland’s commercial fishery for black drum in the Chesapeake Bay.
