A survey was developed by a work group of Board members from the Delaware Bay states and distributed to Delaware Bay stakeholders, including bait harvesters and dealers, fishermen who use horseshoe crab as bait, biomedical fishery and industry participants, environmental conservation groups, and researchers. The survey results will be considered by the Board to provide guidance on whether to consider future changes to horseshoe management for the Delaware Bay region.
