The Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a contractor to perform the facilitation and reporting of a structured decision making process to inform revisions to the Delaware Bay Horseshoe Crab Adaptative Resource Management Program. The selected contractor will be responsible for: (1) the design and facilitation of a stakeholder engagement process, including educational sessions, (2) a stakeholder workshop to inform revisions to the Delaware Bay Horseshoe Crab Adaptive Resource Management Framework, and (3) the development of a report of Workshop outputs and recommendations as input to Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission’s Delaware Bay Ecosystem Technical Committee and Horseshoe Crab Management Board.
Timeline
Work is expected to occur between August 2025 and May 2026. The contractor will work with the Project Manager to develop a mutually agreeable timetable. The stakeholder workshop will take place for approximately two days between November 2025 and January 2026 in the Delaware Bay region.
