Draft Amendment 3 to the Northern Shrimp FMP for Public Comment

Draft Amendment 3 now focuses on total allowable catch allocation programs, gear requirements, and other measures to improve management of the northern shrimp fishery and resource. This Draft Amendment would replace Amendment 2 and Addendum I to the Northern Shrimp FMP.
