The purpose of this meeting is to:

• Review proposed changes (from the stakeholder workshop and Technical Committee meeting) to the Utility, Reward, and Harvest (U/R/H) functions in the Adaptive Resource Management (ARM) Framework that represent stakeholder values
• Discuss and confirm broadly-supported recommendations for revising the U/R/H functions, document different perspectives
• Discuss next steps and opportunities for improving the ARM Framework and process
