The Adaptive Resource Management (ARM) Subcommittee and the Delaware Bay Ecosystem Technical Committee (DBETC) met via conference call to review the most recent population estimates for horseshoe crabs and red knots, the results of the ARM for 2022, and supporting horseshoe crab and red knot data sets.

The TC made recommendations on proposed options for Draft Addendum XXVII related to the trigger mechanism for implementing a change to management measures, the trigger levels, and the management measures that should be considered. The subsequent sections of the memo provide additional information on the analyses performed and rationale for each set of recommendations.
