The Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Technical Committee (TC) received two proposals, one for summer flounder and one for black sea bass, from New Jersey (NJ) and Massachusetts (MA) respectively, to modify their recreational fisheries in 2021 under conservation equivalency (CE). The proposals detail how states would make small season modifications to allow for weekend openings in May.
