The Shrimp Advisory Panel met at the Casco Bay Ferry Terminal in Portland, Maine, on September 28, 2004. The Panel met to discuss the 2004 fishing season, 2003 assessment, and recommendations made at the Sea Grant workshops held last spring.

The Atlantic Croaker Advisory Panel (AP) met for the first time on September 29, 2004 in Raleigh, NC.

In response to the New York and Delaware proposals to change to their striped bass recreational measures, the Advisory Panel was asked to submit written comments to advise the Management Board on each proposal. This memo is a summary of both state proposals with the Technical Committee’s recommendation and the Advisory Panel’s comments.
