Spanish Mackerel, Spot, and Spotted Seatrout Addendum I to the Omnibus Amendment
Addendum I establishes a two-year pilot program that allows states to reduce the minimum size limit of Spanish mackerel for the commercial pound net fishery to 11.5 inches from 12 inches for July through September.
